Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Black Hole Escape ("the app," "we," "us") handles information. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal contact information through the app. Your game statistics (such as high scores and games played) are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general location, and app-usage/interaction data. This processing is governed by Google's policies, not ours. You can learn more and review your choices here:

On iOS, you can limit ad tracking at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You may also remove ads entirely via the one-time in-app purchase (see below).

In-app purchases

The app offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information; Apple handles the transaction. Learn more in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

Data sharing

We do not sell your information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google AdMob, Apple) to operate the app's advertising and purchases.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
